Karim Benzema has revealed his ideal starting eleven of legendary football players, and the choices are bold, with notable exclusions of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
In the goalkeeper position, Benzema opted for Manuel Neuer, the shot-stopper from Bayern Munich. The defensive lineup features former teammates Pepe, Sergio Ramos, and Marcelo, alongside Dani Alves.
Moving to the midfield, the French striker selected compatriots Paul Pogba and Claude Makelele. For his dream attack, Benzema included Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, and Zinedine Zidane, leaving out iconic figures like CR7 and Messi.
It’s worth noting that Benzema played alongside Ronaldo for many years at Real Madrid, making his omission particularly intriguing.
