Ineos boss Jim Ratcliffe is acquiring a stake in Manchester United, and with this acquisition, he is getting involved in the sporting side, especially the rift between Ten Hag and Sancho.
According to information from the Daily Mirror, Ineos boss Jim Ratcliffe is getting involved in the day-to-day affairs of Manchester United. And not just a little. His partial takeover is expected to turn into a complete acquisition in the coming years. But the new man in charge of MU also wants to be involved in the sporting side.
This includes the dispute between United’s coach, Ten Hag, and player Sancho. According to the Daily Star and the Daily Express, Ratcliffe is urging Ten Hag to reconcile with Sancho, who has been excluded from the first team for criticizing his coach. Ratcliffe believes that this dispute is harmful, especially in the current crisis the club is going through.
However, Sancho’s stay at Manchester in the upcoming winter transfer window remains uncertain as Juventus, according to the Daily Mail, continues to show interest in the former Borussia Dortmund player.
