Olympique Lyonnais could witness the return of Juninho in a special advisory role, according to information from L’Equipe.
Club owner John Textor has reportedly had positive discussions with the former sporting director, considering a role similar to the special advisory position previously held by Bernard Lacombe.
Juninho, who served as the sporting director of OL from 2019 to 2021, might return with a less frequent presence but with responsibilities to influence the club’s operations and team dynamics, especially concerning Eagle Football.
