The Swedish media outlet Aftonbladet has revealed that Kylian Mbappé spent two nights in Stockholm, Sweden, while the French national team faced Israel in the Nations League.
Mbappé is currently injured and remained in Madrid to recover, skipping the Blues’ gathering after playing for Real Madrid last weekend despite his injury.
In recent hours, the Real Madrid player was spotted at a restaurant and a nightclub, accompanied by his former PSG teammate Nordi Mukiele. He reportedly took precautions to avoid attracting attention, including banning mobile phones in the nightclub. However, this attempt failed as photographers caught him on the street.
According to Expressen, the club can accommodate 250 guests, and a guest list is required for entry. There was a strict ban on mobile phones during Mbappé’s visit, and other guests had to place their phones in envelopes upon arrival. During his stay in Sweden, Kylian Mbappé lodged at the Bank hotel, located in the heart of Stockholm, near Kungsträdgården and Nybroviken.
The discreet operation turned out to be unsuccessful, as Kylian Mbappé departed Friday afternoon for Corsica after three days in Sweden, all while gesturing to journalists.
